Meet the KWB Team

Mr. Boekelheide is President of KWB Hotel Partners, LLC, and of its Managing Member, KWB, LLC. Mr. Boekelheide has over 35 years of experience owning, operating, managing, acquiring, building and selling hotels.

Dan is Vice President of KWB, LLC and Vice President of Capital Markets and Development of the Company. Dan’s primary role is the development of equity capital sources and investor relations.

Danny is Vice President of Development and Finance of KWB, LLC.  Danny’s responsibilities include identification and analysis of development and acquisition opportunities, implementation of the Company’s debt structure and assistance in equity procurement.

JoLynn is the Controller, Treasurer and Secretary of both the Company and KWB and has over 15 years managing the accounting, tax and audit functions of hotel companies.

Michael provides oversight of operations for our portfolio of hotels.  In addition to his day-to-day operational responsibilities, Michael is our “man-of-action”; going where we need him to go and taking care of what we need done.
