BRR Architecture, Inc. has a proven, streamlined process focused on quality, speed to market, management of budgets and has demonstrated a successful record of achievement. With over 50 years of practice, BRR Architecture has delivered 11,000+ completed projects worldwide including over 150 hotel development and renovation projects.  Based in Kansas City, MO with nine offices in eight states, BRR provides unique insight to our development efforts across the country.

Galloway & Company, Inc. is a full-service planning, architecture, and engineering firm that has been providing quality, reliable services and estab­lishing long-lasting, loyal client relationships since 1982. Based in the Denver Tech Center, Galloway provides a full range of services for projects ranging from half-acre pad sites to master-planned communities for local developers as well as national programs. These services include planning, survey, land development consulting, engineering, architecture, landscape architecture, photometric design, and construction contract administration. Galloway currently holds professional registrations in 44 states and employs more than 100 professionals.
